Bridging Design Thinking and Therapeutic Art Practices

The goal of this workshop is to explore how Design Thinking and Therapeutic Art Practices can complement each other to foster personal and collective growth. Participants will learn how to integrate creative problem-solving methodologies (Design Thinking) with emotional healing and self-expression techniques (Therapeutic Art). The workshop aims to cultivate innovative approaches to therapy, using both practical and emotional tools.

As a Visual Artist, Karen explores a wide range of mediums to express her evolving artistic vision, creating works that captivate and provoke thought. Karen is also a skilled multimedia producer and brand strategist, known for developing emotionally resonant music and unforgettable artistic events. Her singles “Stronger” and “Yeshua” and her album Element 79 have garnered attention for their authenticity and depth. As a producer, she has led transformative events like Evening in Gold and Northern Star Holiday Market, bringing together diverse creative communities and fostering connections through artistic expression. As a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, Karen is committed to using creativity as a tool for healing and personal growth.
